1 Acceptance of Terms

Deposits

6 Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

The bdt5666 Platform is provided for the personal entertainment of eligible players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all bets, and forfeiture of account balances:

7 Account Suspension & Closure

bdt5666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.

• Detection of a duplicate account associated with the same player.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, bdt5666 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. 8 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
